Hi, I'm Amy!

I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel when your body, energy, and identity shift after becoming a mom. After my second child, I found myself struggling with postpartum depression, exhaustion, and a deep sense of losing who I was. I knew I needed change, but I didn’t know where to start.

That journey is what led me here.

Now, as a Certified Health Coach, Nutrition Coach, and Personal Trainer, I help other moms who feel stuck—whether it’s exhaustion, stress, weight gain, or just not feeling like yourself anymore. I know what it’s like to juggle all the things while trying to take care of yourself, and I also know it doesn’t have to be so complicated.

I take a realistic, whole-person approach to wellness. Simple, realistic changes that actually fit into your life. That means no crash diets, extreme workouts, or guilt trips—just simple, effective strategies that fit into your life. Whether it’s finding an energizing movement routine, making nutrition work for your body, or carving out time for self-care without the mom guilt, I’m here to help.

When I’m not coaching, training, or working out, you’ll find me hanging out with my husband, kids, dog, family, friends, getting outdoors (hiking and snowboarding are two of my favorites!), cooking, baking, reading, writing, and yes—sometimes just relaxing in front of the TV.
